How to See Reporting on Your Play1 Account

📌 Please Note
Sales data shown in your Play1 account is subject to change based on chargebacks and refunds. If you need a preliminary report, email
support@play1.io
. A final report will be emailed to you once your project is complete.

⚠️ Additional Notes

  • Physical products and design fees are not reflected in the platform reports. These are added after your project is complete, based on the work required to deliver successfully and on time.

  • Rush fees may apply to print projects if content (including all ads and content pieces) is submitted after the scheduled due date but you still need the original delivery date. Every day of late submission extends your delivery date unless a rush fee is applied. Rush fees typically range from 15–50%, depending on turnaround time. Your Play1 support contact will notify you if a rush fee applies.
