How to Make Change Request to Your Files

How to Edit Your Files or Make Change Requests

When you receive your draft files, you have two ways to request edits or provide feedback.

Option 1: Google Drive (Preferred)

Video Overview: Click here

We provide a Google Drive link for your media guide or project file.

  • Open the file in Google Drive.

  • Sign in with your Google account.

  • To add feedback:

    1. Highlight the text or area you’d like to change.

    2. Click the comment bubble icon (or right-click and select Comment).

    3. Type your note and click Comment.

All comments stay attached to the file, which helps our team review and apply updates efficiently.

Option 2: Dropbox

If you’d like to use Dropbox instead, you can request a Dropbox link.

  • Open the file in your web browser. Sign into dropbox (free).

  • Hover over the area you’d like to comment on.

  • Select the comment bubble icon.

  • Type your note and click Post.

Future Updates

We’re releasing a feature by winter that will allow you to edit files directly.

In addition, we can often provide Canva links for editable designs (with the exception of roster books).

Best Practice: Use Google Drive comments whenever possible. It keeps your feedback organized in one place and makes it faster for our design team to apply changes.
