If you need to request a refund for your sponsorship, please follow the steps below.

Steps to Request a Refund

  1. Complete the Refund Request Form
    All refund requests must be submitted through our official form: [Refund Request Form Link].

    ⚠️ Refunds are not issued automatically. A form submission is required.

  2. School Notification
    Once your request is submitted, the school connected to your sponsorship will be notified.

  3. Processing Timeline
    Refunds take up to 10 business days to process. You will be notified once your request has been reviewed and approved.
